Every aspect of our management process has been thoughtfully designed to create the ultimate experience for both our residents and the property owners we work with.

In 2022, Indio reached approximately 140 multi-family residential communities consisting of close to 16,000 apartment units. Our property managers and team are here to serve you.

Our history

Indio is incorporated and the first asset is acquired in Dallas’ M-Streets neighborhood: Marquita Court.

Indio expands to five employees and set up office on Monticello Avenue.

The company completes its first full-gut rehab and successful lease-up.

More than 50 properties are now under Indio's management across Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio.

Ross & Matilda, one of Indio’s star communities, sets record rates in Dallas for value-add renovation.

Indio acquires and renovates 1920’s Dallas icon, Bella Villa, changing its status from a Vickery Park eyesore to a designated Historic Landmark

SMU Cox School of Business recognizes Indio as one of the Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies in Dallas.

Indio grows to 100 employees in two offices.

Despite Covid challenges, Indio takes over an 1800 unit management assignment in Dallas called the EEE's.

Indio hits 200 employees with 100 assets and 10k units under management.
