Built in the 1920's, Bella Villa was once a luxury apartment building filled with young professionals and couples. The Mediterranean-style building featured a stucco exterior and terracotta roof, along with palm trees and slender Cypress trees guarding in front. Over the years, various owners let the building fall into such state of disarray that it was eventually filled with drug users, vagrants, and few paying residents.

Eventually the building was acquired by new owners, and Indio was given the project to bring the black sheep of Vickery Neighborhood out of disrepair. Keeping the building's character intact and abiding by strict policies of the National Register of Historic Places, Indio gave Bella Villa a full refresh and modern amenities including all new appliances, building-wide internet, and a smart lock system.
