Our staff is on call 24/7 and specializes in getting the job done right the first time. We are well stocked with frequently used parts and own most every specialty tool used in our line of work, meaning there is not a maintenance request we can't handle. Our make-ready division ensures that units have minimal downtime yet quality service, which in return expedites leasing and maintains steady rental income cash flow.

For Indio's boutique portfolio, we maintain a fleet of fully stocked service vehicles, allowing us to carry out service calls quickly and efficiently, without unnecessary trips to acquire extra parts or tools. We also utilize a wide variety of modern technologies that streamline and improve the maintenance process across our entire portfolio.
