On December 7th, Team Indio departed 4655 Insurance Ln for a sneak peek at their new office space next to Mockingbird Station. With Ben and Jerry’s ice cream sandwiches awaiting, eager employees embarked on their journey to the space where Indio will continue its upward trajectory in the years to come.The new office symbolizes the team’s tremendous growth over the last several years and cultivates a sense of belonging. Until now, Indio has worked out of separate offices, while overcoming the difficulties associated, including less than ideal methods of communication. Bringing the team under one roof will finally realize the power of a synergistic approach to the projects that Indio produces and contributes to moving forward.During the team building event, Founder and President, Seth Bame, noted the importance of the big move and the immediate impact it will have on the group’s productivity. As Indio not only increases the number of units it manages, but also bolsters the manpower of the team, the added space will be critical to company success moving forward.Bringing team members to one space will not only provide more clear lines of communication, but ultimately aid in crafting the firm’s culture. The ability to meet and engage with a wider range of associates will cultivate a more close-knit organization through everyday socialization, as well as the ability to easily deploy more team building events.We can’t wait to grow into our new space, and nothing makes somewhere feel like home faster than a bite into an ice cream sandwich.
